CDL Meetings August 2018
District 1 Congressman G.K. Butterfield – Carolyn London participated in a tele-town hall with Congressman G.K Butterfield July 18, 2018. Her question regarding pay increase for Federal employees did not get sent to the Congressman. Carolyn did received an email after the tele-town from a member of his staff the next day, stating it was great to hear her on the call and she would respond to her request for the Congressman to speak at Durham’s Chapter meeting in August.
District 7 meeting on August 2, 2018 attendees Federation President, 34 NARFE members and Dr. Horton the democratic candidate. Congressman Rouzer’s meeting is still pending.
District 12 Congresswoman Alma Adams meeting on August 2, 2018 attendees Gordon Holzberg, Legislative Assistant by phone, Barbara Carter, Director of Constituent Service at the Charlotte office and Charles Talley.
District 13 Congressman Ted Budd – meeting on August 7, 2018 attendees the Congressman, Todd Poole, District Director, Ron Buffaloe and Doug Clapp.
